Studio Associate - Full Time

Our Studio Team is the beating heart of our company - responsible for managing and producing all our pre-production drawings and documentation. They also work closely with our designers to support concept and design development.

A suitable candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable working remotely as part of a team, and be highly proficient with the use of VectorWorks.  AutoCAD, REVIT, WYSIWYG and Depence2 experience is also desirable but not essential.

This is a remote [home working] position.  Occasional travel may be required.

Design Associate - Full Time

The role of our Design Associates is to support the work of our group of leading Lighting Designers with every aspect of their work.  The role is design and production focused but also encompasses a high degree of project management and logistics.  Our Design Associates are an important part of the WBD team and are often responsible for translating a design goal into a technical solution and so a good knowledge of lighting technology and systems is essential.

A suitable candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable travelling and working overseas, a good technical knowledge of lighting systems, design and solution focused and above all adaptable into a broad range of delivery environments.  Experience with VectorWorks, WYSIWYG, Depence2, GrandMA, ETC and Pharos is desirable.

This position requires remote working from a home-office environment as well as on project sites.  Candidates should be located within a commuting distance of London  (2 hours maximum). Candidates should also be willing to travel internationally, sometimes for extensive periods.

Assistant Administrator - Part Time

We are expanding our Admin team and looking to bring on-board a part-time role primarily focused on supporting our day to day financial administration but will also occasionally support other aspects of the company's administration.

This is remote position with flexible working possible.

Experience with use of QuickBooks or other similar financial management systems essential.
