In 1995 Vanity Fair editor, Graydon Carter decided to continue the tradition of Hollywood agent, Swift Lazar’s, famous Oscar parties. The venue was Mortons Restaurant and each year in February our small team transformed the place beyond recognition. At midnight two days before the party, a hole was punched through the wall into the parking lot and an enormous, elegant room was created there. On party night, lighting, music and a stellar guest list made the venue the most desirable place on the planet.
