The lighting design took its lead from the stage structure that was developed by Jonathan Park and Mark Fisher in one of their last collaborations as Fisher Park. In front of it a sinuous curved tower known as The Cobra afforded an interesting three-quarter lighting position, and a platform for powerful Syncrolite searchlights.
